Refund policy
We want you to love every fragrance you receive from us. Due to the nature of perfume products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once verified, we will offer either:

A replacement, or

A full refund to your original payment method.
