Refund policy

We want you to love every fragrance you receive from us. Due to the nature of perfume products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for reasons related to personal fragrance preferences, as scent experiences vary by individual.
